Advanced Capital Corp. (or “ACC”) is an exempt market dealer (or “EMD”) registered in the province of Ontario. As an EMD, Advanced acts as non-exclusive agent for the sale of shares of Advanced Mortgage Investment Corporation (or “Advanced MIC” or “AMIC”).
Registered dealing representatives (or DRs) from ACC can help you determine if shares of Advanced MIC are a suitable investment for you.
To invest directly in one-on-one mortgages, you will need to seek advice from your mortgage broker (and potentially your lawyer and your accountant). However, the team at Advanced Alternative Lending (or “AAL”) can help you plan how to the manage your mortgage investment once it’s funded.
AAL is licensed as a mortgage administrator by FSRA, the Ontario mortgage regulator. The AAL team can assist with making mortgage investments using funds from registered plans like an RRSP or TFSA.
